Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris is the Founder, Director and Owner of Yoga House Stroudsburg Inc., established 2011.

 

She began her yogic journey in 2006 through Ashtanga Yoga, a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has held space for students to cultivate self-embodied awareness and mindfulness. Her insight comes from the depth of her own practice and a lived understanding of integrating this work into daily life.

 

Formal Training:

500-hour Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT 1–3)

Nikol Kallinteris instructs the following:

  • A gentle practice of seated and reclined stretches, supported by basic mobility and light strengthening to enhance flexibility, improve muscular support, and cultivate ease throughout the body.
    Through gentle movement and breath, this class fosters calm, mindful presence, and deep relaxation.

  • A nurturing practice that invites you to explore your strength gently, without fast transitions or high intensity, while building essential strength and flexibility to help you move better and feel stronger.
