COME HOME TO YOURSELF

Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris began her yogic journey in 2006 through the practice of Ashtanga Yoga — a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has shared this path with others, inviting students to cultivate body awareness, mindful reflection, and self-embodiment. Her offerings arise from a lived understanding of yoga, nurtured through the depth of her own practice.

Driven by a deep curiosity for life’s quiet mysteries, Nikol independently continues her study of sound therapy, physical vitality, spiritual discernment, and the enduring wisdom of contemplative traditions, such as the philosophy of Yoga, Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, and more.

  • SPECIAL EVENT - Winter Solstice Sound Bath / Sliding Scale $30-$45
  • Honor the turning of the season with a deeply restorative Solstice Soundbath.

As the light shifts and the natural world moves into a new cycle, this immersive experience invites you to pause, soften, and realign with your own inner rhythm. You’ll be guided into gentle stillness as waves of sound from singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and harmonic instruments wash through the body. These frequencies help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and create space for reflection, release, and renewal.

The Solstice is a powerful threshold — a moment of both ending and beginning. This soundbath offers you a chance to let go of what no longer serves, reconnect with your inner light, and set intentions for the season ahead. Come rest, recalibrate, and allow the resonance of sound to open a deeper sense of clarity, balance, and peace.

All are welcome. No experience needed — just bring yourself, comfortable clothing, and a willingness to receive.

*** Sliding scale $30–$45, not payable by class packs or memberships.
