* WELCOME TO THE BEAUTIFUL PRACTICE OF YOGA *

Whether you are completely new to yoga or new to our studio, we welcome you to the journey of wellness and self-discovery. Yoga is a nurturing exploration where breath meets movement and stillness invites presence. We welcome all levels to discover balance, build strength, and cultivate peace from within. We invite you to browse our website to explore all we offer and create an account to stay connected.  Thank you for choosing to practice with us. * NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY *

Our yoga classes include breath work, meditation, physical movement, and self-reflection, ending in savasana (final resting pose). All of our classes offer step by step guidance with modification options to accommodate each individual. Yoga is for all body types, ages, genders, and races. One does not need to be thin, fit or flexible to practice yoga. It is through maintaining a committed practice over time that you will gain strength, flexibility and a better sense of self. Please note that our classes are designed for adults and are not recommended for children. 

 

* CLASS ATTENDANCE & REGISTRATION *

Our class schedule is always current. Any changes or cancellations will appear there at least one hour before class begins. For upcoming events, updates, and news, please visit our "News & Events" page. You're welcome to drop in and pay in person, or register online if you prefer—preregistration is not required unless otherwise noted. If you do sign up but are unable to attend, we kindly ask that you remove yourself from the class so we know not to expect you. If you’d like to sign up a friend, please create a separate account and complete payment through their account. Otherwise, the registration and payment will be applied to your name. If you're able, paying in cash is always appreciated.

 

* PLEASE NOTE BEFORE PURCHASING *

All sales are final - No refunds. Extensions may be granted with a doctor’s note. Class packs are for individual use and non-transferable. Reactivate expired classes for $3 per class. Paying in cash is deeply appreciated, it helps reduce high merchant fees and supports the sustainability of our offerings. Thank you for choosing to practice with us. * FIRST SATURDAY COMMUNITY YOGA CLASS *

 This class is open to donation or included with class packs/memberships. Offered on the first Saturday of each month at 9 AM. This is an All-Levels Yoga Class guided by Nikol Kallinteris. Whether you’re new to yoga or already part of our studio family, this is the perfect opportunity to explore the studio, reconnect with yourself, and move in a way that feels good for your body. No pressure, no experience needed—just a supportive space to breathe and be. Please Note: This class involves getting up and down from the floor. Ensure you can do so safely before attending.

 

* SENIOR DISCOUNT

Our yoga classes are discounted to $10 per class for Seniors aged 65 and over. You may pay per class or choose our Senior 10 class pack which expires in 6 months. Please note this discount can only be purchased in person at the studio with a valid ID. - it is not available online. In addition, it does not apply to special events and cannot be combined with other discounts or purchased online.

- Enjoy 2 classes for $22 - Expire in 1 Month from date of first use. 

- One Month Unlimited Yoga Classes for $98 - Expires 1 month from date of first use.

* PLEASE BE INFORMED

Yoga teachers are not qualified to give important heath advice, please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns. If you are pregnant, working with an injury, or have any health restrictions please inform your instructor before class. Private sessions are available to support your personal needs or special events. You can find more details on our Private Sessions page. Please do not eat a heavy meal before class as we will be bending, twisting and folding our bodies. Yoga is practiced in bare feet. You will not need athletic footwear to participate. We recommend dressing in clothing which allows ease of movement. Please do not wear perfumes or a heavy scent to class as it may disturb or cause sensitivity to others. We do not burn incense during class; we do cleanse the space with all-natural Sage, so there may be a faint, lingering scent. We do not have showers or a locker room, so you are welcome to use our bathroom to change if needed. Please leave valuable items at home or locked in your car. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost items. 

 

* YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE *

There are many different styles of yoga classes, the key is to find the style which best suits your personal needs of the present time. If you try a class which did not go well for you, other styles of yoga, from gentle to more aerobically intense, may be right for you. Yoga is the practice of self-inquiry, including the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual aspects of life. There is no right or wrong reason to come to your mat. All who come to the practice arrive for their own reasons. It is important to respect each other's differences and not judge or interfere with someone else's practice. We believe in allowing yourself the freedom to be present in each moment of practice, rather than arriving with expectations. Yoga is not connected to any religion but is personal to each individual. The highest gifts of yoga come to those who practice daily, including the 8 limbs of yoga. Always arrive with an open mind and appreciate your unique journey each time. Please express kindness toward yourself, compassion for all beings, and respect for our sacred space. Come as you are and begin there.
