Agastya
As a young child in Italy, Agastya encountered yoga early on while his parents would bring him along to meditation and chanting practices. He was raised with exposure to the practices Siddah Yoga and received his spiritual name from his guru Swami Chidvilasananda (Gurumay) at age 11. Since then he has had an intuitive interest in all practices of yogic nature.
Over the past 7 years Agastya’s connection with yoga has transitioned closer to the limb of Asana (postures). Upon completing his 200 hour Vinyasa Certification at Yoga on Main Street (in Manayunk, Pa.), he deepened his practice by exploring a variety of classes; Iyengar, Bikram, Vinyasa and Power Yoga until finally discovering a superior calling to the practice of Astanga Yoga. Subsequently, Agastya taught at Temple University and continues to draw from this experience as the foundation for all of his teachings. In 2010 while living in Rome, Italy for 8 months, Agaysta was granted the opportunity to study at the prestigious Lino Miele’s studio, and in 2011 was invited to Mexico to teach at the Ashtanga Yoga Mexico Institute when their primary teacher traveled to India to assist teaching Ashtanga in Mysore for 5 months.
Today Agastya is looking forward to transcending his meditation and asana practices to a higher ground whilst attempting to share all he knows and may have to offer with his fellow travelers.
In addition to yoga, Agastya’s deepest interests include studies of Permaculture and Integral Philosophy.
He occasionally visits the Ashra Vidya Gurukulam in Saylorsburg, Pa. to remain in touch with Yogic Philosophy.

spending time with her husband, two daughters, one son, and three dogs. They enjoy hiking, exploring, and traveling.
In her classes, Jamie encourages her students to be expressive in their practice in a way that feels authentic to them. Taking time to dig deep within a pose, connect to their breath and make each practice their very own. In addition, Jamie feels most at home on the beach, and also enjoys gardening.
Yoga continues to be a source of inward and outward exploration and balance in her everyday life.

My Journey continues to be transformative today since I’m always learning new things on my mat, which has led to personal growth and change towards a bigger journey.
I chose to dedicate my practice into my life’s work as teacher by first earning my 200hr cert at Green Monkey Yoga studio in Miami, FL. I love to generate heat through a powerful Vinyasa flow, build strength in conditioning, breathe through a soothing gentle and restorative practice and find stillness through meditation.
I always have room for new material and experiences as I consider myself a student for life, learning and growing is my game and choosing to take on new challenges is just all part of the journey. Sharing my practice with you is always a pleasure and I’m always enthused to meet new people and connect.
I began yoga during a transitional period of my life, discovering that it complimented my inward journey and helped me live in the moment. Wanting to share the joy I’ve found in yoga is what has inspired me to teach.
I love the the power of a vinyasa class, sprinkled with some quiet meditation. Creating an open and safe space to help students look within to explore both their mental and physical practice is what I strive for. I love connecting with my students and watching them grow in their practice.
As a licensed psychotherapist, Dina witnessed the profound impact yoga can have on emotional health and mental well-being. This led her to pursue a specialized certification in Yoga Therapy, where she learned to weave therapeutic principles into movement and breath.
Alongside teaching yoga, Dina runs a private psychotherapy practice devoted to holistic mental health and healing. In both settings, she holds space for compassion, curiosity, and connection—inviting others to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover their innate capacity to heal.
Brittany Anderson 200 HR RYT, also trained at the graduate level to specialize in mind-body trauma counseling. Her aim is to bring about holistic wellness through a mind and body connection.
She offers a well rounded yoga experience beginning from the root to create a stable foundation, then adding movement with breath for a flowing vinyasa that heats the whole body.
Brittany brings the challenge of fire to beginners while fanning the burning flame in more advanced practitioners. She guides students to transcend energetic blocks and create space for inner peace.
When the sound of life becomes chaotic, she invites students to get on the mat and flow until the noise melts away, leaving only the vibration of love, strength and perseverance in the beating heart.
“As fellow travelers we may meet our physical edge but I am confident we will find your place on the way to the pose. Somewhere between beginning and arriving we can find clarity of our purpose to be here now.” ~Brittany Anderson.
“Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.” - The Bhagavad Gita
I have been a dancer since 2nd grade. A curious individual with passions for creative expression. I’d love to approach non conservative ideas. This reason has brought me to Yoga since 2012.
You may find different puzzles in my regular classes. Because every single one of us is unique. This generation makes our body structure degenerate sooner than past generations. Our body and soul are eager to seek salvation. Merge my “healer’s mind” since I was very young. My grandma used to bring me to the church every weekend. And she always sacrifices her own benefit by helping others first. She is the person who influences me the most.
I love ashtanga as my own practice. Bliss falls on me after every class.
For teaching, hatha alignment, gentle style, slower pace are my jam.
I will do whatever I can to help those who do not hesitate. We all live this life once. You are invited to a yoga journey. Let’s cultivate together.

Tracy continues to study yoga philosophy with her teacher, Michael Johnson, and has recently started learning to read and write Sanskrit. Although she loves a heated flow class, her favorite practices, both to teach and to do herself, are the quieter ones: restorative, yin, and meditation. Her classes have a lighthearted, welcoming feel, often woven with philosophy, storytelling, and reflection.
Though she has traveled the world and settled in many places over the years, Tracy is happiest back home in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania where she was born. When she’s not teaching or on the mat, you’ll find her hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, or silversmithing in her home art studio creating beautiful jewelry.
