As Jill continues her personal journey, she uses the practice of meditation and stillness to listen to the voice of her soul for guidance. She is consistently called to the study of energy and its relationship in healing the body, physically, spiritually and mentally. She is a certified Reiki practitioner and often uses her healing touch and intuition in her classes. She is an avid reader and continues to educate herself through self-study as well as attending workshops at Kripalu as well as embarking on spiritual journeys around the country.
Jill prides herself on integrating an energetic power flow class with the ability to get students to stay present and tune in to the mind-body connection. Her personal goal in all of her classes is to get students to walk off their mats, not with just a great work-out, but a deeper sense of who they are, with all of their strengths and vulnerabilities, and to instill a sense of community amongst her students, all while having a little bit of fun!
Nikoleta Kallinteris began her yogic journey in 2006 through the practice of Ashtanga Yoga — a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has shared this path with others, inviting students to cultivate body awareness, mindful reflection, and self-embodiment. Her offerings arise from a lived understanding of yoga, nurtured through the depth of her own practice.
Driven by a deep curiosity for life’s quiet mysteries, Nikol independently continues her study of sound therapy, physical vitality, spiritual discernment, and the enduring wisdom of contemplative traditions, such as the philosophy of Yoga, Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, and more.

Rachel Stine, E-RYT 500, Thai massage therapist, reiki master.
Rachel started her yoga journey in college where she quickly fell in love with the physical practice. In 2010, Rachel lost her brother to a drunk driver and she delved deeper into the practice of yoga; both physically, mentally, and emotionally. She completed her 200 hour certification in the Pocono's in 2010. In 2017, she completed her 500 hour teacher training at Kripalu in Massachusetts.
Rachel also holds her BS in early childhood, elementary, and special education from East Stroudsburg University. She is currently working towards her masters in education.

Michael Petersen, 200 RYT, Kripalu Yoga, began his yogic path with the rigid and soul shaking style of Bikram hot yoga. After many years of dedication, and having hit a wall with routine, he was driven to search for something more. His inquiry lead to Prana Yoga, a donation based studio in Scranton, PA. It was there that his teachers introduced him to the other aspects of yoga beyond the physical practice; however, it was the donation aspect of the studio that profoundly impacted Michael as he witnessed the expansive reach and need for yoga in various communities and more specifically that each individual came with their own personal strengths and limitations. This clarified for Michael the true meaning of yoga and the intrinsic harmony of practice and philosophy. His focus shifted to the importance and beauty in making the practice accessible to everyday people. Michael is fully immersed in teaching yoga daily at several donations based studios in Pennsylvania; in addition he routinely assists in 200 hour Yoga teacher trainings at The Kripalu School of Yoga in Massachusetts, and is currently enrolled in their 300 hour YTT to obtain his 500 hour Master level Certification. He firmly believes in teaching students how to make their practice their own - by modifying poses and discovering how to best serve their current path. He says, “Yoga is here for everyone regardless of their color, gender, age, or shape. I‘m always looking for that new bridge to cross to help people modify the practice to fit the TRUTH of their being and body.”
While obtaining her bachelors degree in Business Management, she decided to complete her 200 hr yoga teacher training, along with an aerial yoga training. Since then, she has delved deeper, completing an additional 300 hours of advanced training, making her now a 500hr instructor. In her classes, you are encouraged to move in ways that feel good in your body, allowing you to learn to listen to yourself-cultivating the union of body and mind.

Unlike her M.Ed. Kate felt that her Yoga Teacher Training left her with more questions then answers. “It has just opened so many doors to so many ways of learning and moving that I didn’t even know existed, now I want to know more about all of it”. Looking to continue her education immediately she signed up for SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) Yoga Teacher Training. It was the perfect opportunity to take her knowledge into the outdoors, as she enjoys hiking and camping with her family.
In the fall of 2017 Kate completed her Restorative Yoga Teacher Training. She often adds elements of restorative yoga to her classes to help all Yoga become accessible to all populations. Then in the winter of 2018 she completed her Circusoul Aerial Yoga Teacher Training in Asheville, NC. Learning how to control her body in the fabric was a challenging and empowering experience. In the Spring of 2019 she completed her Thai Yoga Massage Training with Julia Weis of Swadharma Yoga, based in Germany.
Kate loves to use music and breath to influence her movements, “When I taught poetry I brought music into the classroom to keep it relevant for my students, I want to do the same thing for my Yoga students”. Kate also enjoys the exploration process that Yoga can allow, “I love that I can move my body in ways I never thought possible, and it comes from experimenting with your own edge and seeing where you can go”.
I have been a dancer since 2nd grade. A curious individual with passions for creative expression. I’d love to approach non conservative ideas. This reason has brought me to Yoga since 2012.
You may find different puzzles in my regular classes. Because every single one of us is unique. This generation makes our body structure degenerate sooner than past generations. Our body and soul are eager to seek salvation. Merge my “healer’s mind” since I was very young. My grandma used to bring me to the church every weekend. And she always sacrifices her own benefit by helping others first. She is the person who influences me the most.
I love ashtanga as my own practice. Bliss falls on me after every class.
For teaching, hatha alignment, gentle style, slower pace are my jam.
I will do whatever I can to help those who do not hesitate. We all live this life once. You are invited to a yoga journey. Let’s cultivate together.
