While many people come to yoga seeking transformation and healing. I dipped my toes in the world of yoga simply out of curiosity being 12 years old. Now here I am a 200HR+ Registered Yoga Teacher. And learning the wisdom of yoga never ends for me both through personal practice and continued education courses. While in my classes I enjoy teaching movement along with ancient wisdom, so that my students can gradually begin to feel both physical and mental benefits yoga has to offer. The comforting feel of a best friend, the wise mentor and quiet peace are there for me once I unroll my yoga mat. This power drives my desire to share and spread my vision of yoga.

Mellow Flow
Enjoy a slow-paced flow class to restore the body while soothing the mind and nourishing the spirit.

Open Level Yoga
This class explores breathing techniques, meditation and basic yoga poses with suggestions on how to modify a challenging pose or journey into a deeper expression of a pose depending on personal ability.
Suitable for all levels (including beginners).
*Not recommended for individuals with difficulty getting up/down.
