Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris is the Founder, Director and Owner of Yoga House Stroudsburg Inc., established 2011.

 

She began her yogic journey in 2006 through Ashtanga Yoga, a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has held space for students to cultivate self-embodied awareness and mindfulness. Her insight comes from the depth of her own practice and a lived understanding of integrating this work into daily life.

 

Formal Training:

500-hour Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT 1–3)

Daniel Cwiakala

Daniel Cwiakala was introduced to yoga in his teens and has consistently nourished a love of yoga, health, wellness and Indian philosophy since. In his late twenties he decided to more seriously pursue spirituality and retreated to Lake Attitlan in Guatemala to participate in months long silence and practice of meditation and yoga.

In 2018 he completed 300 and 200 hour teacher training at World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh Uttarakhand India beside the Ganges.

In his classes he strives to find the essence of yoga in himself and all around him.

Elizarose Nicolas

Elizarose began her yoga journey after a dream that led her to attend her first Kundalini class. After falling in love with the practice she decided to pursue her passions obtaining her 200HR yoga teacher training certificate in 2023 and her 150HR Kundalini diploma in April of 2024. With her love for yoga and understanding how truly powerful it is, she has been inspired to guide others on how to be the best version of themselves. As she believes, “Yoga isn't just a practice, it's life.”
