This class is taught by:

Nikol Kallinteris

Since 2010, she has shared this path with others, inviting students to cultivate body awareness, mindful reflection, and self-embodiment. Her offerings arise from a lived understanding of yoga, nurtured through the depth of her own practice.

Dina Kallinteris

Dina Kallinteris, 200 CYT, first found yoga in 2003 in the basement of an old art shop on South Street in Philadelphia. What began as curiosity quickly became a lifelong practice—one that helped her navigate, heal, and grow through the changing seasons of life.

As a licensed psychotherapist, Dina witnessed the profound impact yoga can have on emotional health and mental well-being. This led her to pursue a specialized certification in Yoga Therapy, where she learned to weave therapeutic principles into movement and breath.

Alongside teaching yoga, Dina runs a private psychotherapy practice devoted to holistic mental health and healing. In both settings, she holds space for compassion, curiosity, and connection—inviting others to slow down, listen inward, and rediscover their innate capacity to heal.

Brandy Schilling

After trying her first yoga class, Brandy was absolutely amazed by the way her body felt, and was hooked. She believes that yoga showed her the way that our bodies are supposed to feel and instantly felt the need to share her passion with others.

While obtaining her bachelors degree in Business Management, she decided to complete her 200 hr yoga teacher training, along with an aerial yoga training. Since then, she has delved deeper, completing an additional 300 hours of advanced training, making her now a 500hr instructor. In her classes, you are encouraged to move in ways that feel good in your body, allowing you to learn to listen to yourself-cultivating the union of body and mind.

Besides yoga, Brandy is absolutely passionate about the beach, animals, design, and traveling. She enjoys being outside, spending time with her family, and all things pink.
Brandy deeply respects nature and believes in loving all creatures and promoting peace among each other.

Melissa Broadway

~Namaste~ My name is Melissa. I took my first yoga class in 2010 and a few years later I took my practice deeper, completing my 300 hour teacher training at the American Yoga Academy in 2013. I am a Jersey native, adventurer, and knowledge seeker. I love spending time with my Family, listening to music, dancing, playing in nature and laughing from my toes to the crown of my head. Two of my favorite poses are Warrior and Tree. I love to chant, shout, and let it out! We all possess immense power to heal ourselves from within. The focus in class is to settle into ourselves and connect with our breath while finding freedom in our expression of movement. The feeling of community and compassion shared alongside the people I practice with is one of the reasons why I love to teach. Join me on the mat and let your radiant spirit shine. ~Om Shanti~
This class moves slowly and peacefully through the softer side of poses focusing on stretching and surrendering. Yin poses and moon salutations give us an opportunity to go deeper and explore the inner body. This is a quieting practice which aids in cooling the body and shifting our energy inward for reflection, healing and intuitive awakening.
*Gentle and suitable for all levels, including beginners.
