Rachel Stine

Rachel Stine, E-RYT 500, Thai massage therapist, reiki master.

Rachel started her yoga journey in college where she quickly fell in love with the physical practice. In 2010, Rachel lost her brother to a drunk driver and she delved deeper into the practice of yoga; both physically, mentally, and emotionally. She completed her 200 hour certification in the Pocono's in 2010. In 2017, she completed her 500 hour teacher training at Kripalu in Massachusetts.

Rachel also holds her BS in early childhood, elementary, and special education from East Stroudsburg University. She is currently working towards her masters in education.

She loves working with children of all ages and introducing them to yoga. Rachel holds additional yoga certifications in Prenatal, kids, yin, restorative, meditation, Kripalu vinyasa, and is a reiki master.

She is also a Thai massage therapist.
In addition to teaching, Rachel loves to learn and has studied with Kino MacGregor, Seane Corn, Tao Porchon-Lynch, Jason Crandell, Tymi Howard, Michelle Dalbec, Sudhir Jonathan Faust, Coby Kozlowski, and Sudha Carolyn Lee. When Rachel’s not only her mat, you can find her
spending time with her husband, two daughters, one son, and three dogs. They enjoy hiking, exploring, and traveling.

Gina Cerbone

Gina Cerbone, 200 E-RYT, began her yogic journey in 2010 as she developed a strong connection to her Vinyasa practice which led her to a teacher training program with Delia Quigley and Denise Kay in July 2012.
For Gina, the Vinyasa quality of "moving mediation," coupled with her daily seated meditation, allows her to center herself when her world feels out of balance and lacking in stillness. Gina feels that Yoga has opened her eyes to see the person within, who she really is. Her practice helped her to find herself at a time when she felt lost. Gina believes that human nature is an important aspect of teaching yoga and a path to gain insight into others as well as one’s self by giving and receiving (sharing) the gift of yoga.

Gina has studied with the following teachers Doug Swensen and Kino MacGregor. She continues to grow and learn from teachers, workshops, and, as a life-long learner, her own self-study.

She has completed trainings and certifications in Yin Yoga, Chair yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. She continues to grow as she completes her Advanced 300 Hour Teacher Training with Nancy Candea.

Gina holds her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Saint Joseph’s University. She has completed her Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition (Cum Laude) at New York Chiropractic College in 2017.

She started her own business in nutrition called Spoonful of OM and guides in giving power back to the individual. She uses her many talents and works with her clients to introduce three main modalities to help them feel empowered happy and healthy; yoga, customized nutrition consultation, and essential oils.

Angela Casale

Angela Casale, 200CYT, received her training at Boundless Yoga Studio in Stroudsburg, Pa. in 2015. She embarked on her journey with yoga in 2008 and quickly grew to love the practice after experiencing the deeply positive transformative effects yoga had on the mind, body and spirit. She felt inspired to share the gift of yoga with others after discovering the joys and benefits the practice had on her life.
Angela was initially influenced by Sivananda, Ashtanga, Yin and Restorative yoga styles, which have contributed to her soothing and rhythmic teaching style; in her class students can expect to be guided through a Hatha based Vinyasa flow, with a strong emphasis on linking breath with movement.
Angela encourages students to build a greater self awareness, compassion and contentment through their yoga practice. She believes that by practicing mindfulness and yoga we can create change and bring a sense of peace, love and happiness within ourselves and with others.
Angela’s adventurous spirit is evident in her passion for exploration in all aspects of her life. She loves to travel and has a deep adoration for nature and an intense respect for all living beings. She also enjoys boardsports (snowboarding, SUP, surfing), aerial silks, hiking, horseback riding and the arts.
In addition, Angela graduated from the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey with a degree in Environmental Studies and a concentration in Fine Arts.
Currently she enjoys a very satisfying and rewarding career as a veterinary technician.

Brandy Schilling

After trying her first yoga class, Brandy was absolutely amazed by the way her body felt, and was hooked. She believes that yoga showed her the way that our bodies are supposed to feel and instantly felt the need to share her passion with others.

While obtaining her bachelors degree in Business Management, she decided to complete her 200 hr yoga teacher training, along with an aerial yoga training. Since then, she has delved deeper, completing an additional 300 hours of advanced training, making her now a 500hr instructor. In her classes, you are encouraged to move in ways that feel good in your body, allowing you to learn to listen to yourself-cultivating the union of body and mind.

Besides yoga, Brandy is absolutely passionate about the beach, animals, design, and traveling. She enjoys being outside, spending time with her family, and all things pink.
Brandy deeply respects nature and believes in loving all creatures and promoting peace among each other.

Dina Kallinteris

Dina Kallinteris stumbled upon yoga in 2003 in the basement of an old art shop on South Street in Philadelphia. Throughout the years and busyness of life, she always found herself back on her mat as it would provide a space for exploring, healing and growing.
As a mental health professional she recognized the strong need for yoga in people lives and embarked on her journey to become a certified instructor.
In this dynamic class we will move through sun and moon salutations with the intention of balancing our energy, both physically and mentally. "Bow to the sun!" Surya Namaskar, the sun salute, embodies solar energy to heat the body and restore internal fire and passion, cultivating warmth from the inside out. “Look to the moon!” Chandra Namaskar, the moon salute and sister sequence, aids in cooling the body and replenishing vital energy. Soothing lunar energy directs awareness inward through a variety of quieting sequences.
*This class is suitable for ambitious beginner students as well as practicing yogis.
