Yin Stretch

This class is taught by:

Beth Seiwell

Beth Seiwell, 200 RYT, Kripalu Yoga, has more than a decade of experience in developing a heart centered alternative healing practice. She is trained in, and integrates, many healing modalities. In a co-created sacred space, Beth helps to bring physical, energetic and emotional bodies into a state of optimal healing and repair so the body may heal itself. Using the energies of stones and minerals to create shifts in the energy of the client and clear blockages to facilitate the free flow of energy through out the body. Using conscious resonance, her intuitive process taps into energy fields and her guides direct her on where to go -to pull and shift energy- so that those who wish to heal, expand and evolve may begin the process. Beth's intuitive connections often tap into alternative lifetimes, revealing patterns people are living out in order to learn lessons needed to clear and reprogram. Beth also emphasizes the need to heal and ground on the physical level, using yoga to link breath and movement to play out stress reactions - such as pain, resistance, and discomfort. The yoga work helps clients take the spiritual and energetic work into the physical realm - allowing for skillful, effective and permanent life changes.
*Beth's credentials include: Crystal Resonance Therapist and Instructor, Primus Activation Healing Technique Practitioner and Instructor. Usui Reiki Master and Karuna RMT - Reiki Master Teacher. Her most important credentials include loving mother to Mathew, Olivia and Maia and wife to Brian. At her home and abroad she hosts sweat lodge ceremonies, vision quests, drumming circles and other indigenous gatherings, uniting community, purification, insights and celebration of life.

Susi Tilley

Susi’s search for self-discovery and healing brought her to yoga in 2005. She completed her Ha-Tha Yoga Method certification in 2012 and is a certified Yoga Alliance RYT-200 teacher. She teaches a wide variety of weekly yoga classes including Vinyasa flow, Gentle, Yoga Nidra, Chair, Restorative and Yin based Yoga. She also teaches private classes tailored to individuals needs and physical limitations. Susi’s exposure to training workshops with José Luis Cabezas of the Dynamic Yoga Method solidified her belief that yoga is accessible to everyone, no matter of their limitations. She is also a certified Reiki II practitioner and loves to incorporate bits and pieces of energy medicine into her gentle and restorative classes.
Susi Says, “Teaching yoga is a privilege that I take very seriously. My priority is to facilitate a safe and non-competitive class that allows the yoga student to discover and transform his/her own body and mind towards a better quality of life. To witness the individual transformation of each yoga student has been my biggest reward since I started teaching.”

Her offerings arise from a lived understanding of yoga, nurtured through the depth of her own practice.

Brandy Schilling

After trying her first yoga class, Brandy was absolutely amazed by the way her body felt, and was hooked. She believes that yoga showed her the way that our bodies are supposed to feel and instantly felt the need to share her passion with others.

While obtaining her bachelors degree in Business Management, she decided to complete her 200 hr yoga teacher training, along with an aerial yoga training. Since then, she has delved deeper, completing an additional 300 hours of advanced training, making her now a 500hr instructor. In her classes, you are encouraged to move in ways that feel good in your body, allowing you to learn to listen to yourself-cultivating the union of body and mind.

Besides yoga, Brandy is absolutely passionate about the beach, animals, design, and traveling. She enjoys being outside, spending time with her family, and all things pink.
Brandy deeply respects nature and believes in loving all creatures and promoting peace among each other.

This class consists of tuning into the inner body through long-held stretches. We will take the time to ease into poses and invite space and length into the soft tissues of the body. By learning to listen to the body and respecting its requests, we may begin to understand when the body has invited us to safely deepen a stretch. It is time and not intensity which make the difference here. The essence of yin yoga is in yielding and acceptance.
*This class is suitable for all levels.
