Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris is the Founder, Director and Owner of Yoga House Stroudsburg Inc., established 2011.

 

She began her yogic journey in 2006 through Ashtanga Yoga, a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has held space for students to cultivate self-embodied awareness and mindfulness. Her insight comes from the depth of her own practice and a lived understanding of integrating this work into daily life.

 

Formal Training:

500-hour Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT 1–3)

This class offers a calming, grounding practice that invites you to gently settle into your body and center your mind. We begin with slow, mindful stretches to ease areas of stored tension and create space within. Breathwork follows, soothing the nervous system and bringing you into a state of ease. The class closes with a guided meditation and moments of quiet self-inquiry to center your awareness and reconnect with your inner stillness.
