Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris is the Founder, Director and Owner of Yoga House Stroudsburg Inc., established 2011.

 

She began her yogic journey in 2006 through Ashtanga Yoga, a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has held space for students to cultivate self-embodied awareness and mindfulness. Her insight comes from the depth of her own practice and a lived understanding of integrating this work into daily life.

 

Formal Training:

500-hour Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT 1–3)

Whether through mindfulness, visualization, or addressing specific obstacles, each session is designed to guide you toward greater clarity, peace, and insight.
