Rahnuma Wahid

Rahnuma Wahid, 200CYT Hatha Yoga, began her yogic journey during the time that she was a graduate student in 2003. She was immediately captured by the sense of physical and mental well being instilled by the practice. Her approach and understanding of yoga and its many benefits; including mental, physical and spiritual, is both scientific - yet lighthearted. Rahnuma is attracted to the calm and focus that yoga brings to her life and hopes to convey to her students a similar sense of joy and tranquility.

Susi Tilley

Susi’s search for self-discovery and healing brought her to yoga in 2005. She completed her Ha-Tha Yoga Method certification in 2012 and is a certified Yoga Alliance RYT-200 teacher. She teaches a wide variety of weekly yoga classes including Vinyasa flow, Gentle, Yoga Nidra, Chair, Restorative and Yin based Yoga. She also teaches private classes tailored to individuals needs and physical limitations. Susi’s exposure to training workshops with José Luis Cabezas of the Dynamic Yoga Method solidified her belief that yoga is accessible to everyone, no matter of their limitations. She is also a certified Reiki II practitioner and loves to incorporate bits and pieces of energy medicine into her gentle and restorative classes.
Susi Says, “Teaching yoga is a privilege that I take very seriously. My priority is to facilitate a safe and non-competitive class that allows the yoga student to discover and transform his/her own body and mind towards a better quality of life. To witness the individual transformation of each yoga student has been my biggest reward since I started teaching.”

Gina Cerbone

Gina Cerbone, 200 E-RYT, began her yogic journey in 2010 as she developed a strong connection to her Vinyasa practice which led her to a teacher training program with Delia Quigley and Denise Kay in July 2012.
For Gina, the Vinyasa quality of "moving mediation," coupled with her daily seated meditation, allows her to center herself when her world feels out of balance and lacking in stillness. Gina feels that Yoga has opened her eyes to see the person within, who she really is. Her practice helped her to find herself at a time when she felt lost. Gina believes that human nature is an important aspect of teaching yoga and a path to gain insight into others as well as one’s self by giving and receiving (sharing) the gift of yoga.

Gina has studied with the following teachers Doug Swensen and Kino MacGregor. She continues to grow and learn from teachers, workshops, and, as a life-long learner, her own self-study.

She has completed trainings and certifications in Yin Yoga, Chair yoga, Hatha Yoga, and Aerial Yoga. She continues to grow as she completes her Advanced 300 Hour Teacher Training with Nancy Candea.

Gina holds her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Saint Joseph’s University. She has completed her Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition (Cum Laude) at New York Chiropractic College in 2017.

She started her own business in nutrition called Spoonful of OM and guides in giving power back to the individual. She uses her many talents and works with her clients to introduce three main modalities to help them feel empowered happy and healthy; yoga, customized nutrition consultation, and essential oils.

Tiffany Chen

Tiffany Chen, 200 RYT.

We are all perfectly imperfect.

I have been a dancer since 2nd grade. A curious individual with passions for creative expression. I’d love to approach non conservative ideas. This reason has brought me to Yoga since 2012.

You may find different puzzles in my regular classes. Because every single one of us is unique. This generation makes our body structure degenerate sooner than past generations. Our body and soul are eager to seek salvation. Merge my “healer’s mind” since I was very young. My grandma used to bring me to the church every weekend. And she always sacrifices her own benefit by helping others first. She is the person who influences me the most.

I love ashtanga as my own practice. Bliss falls on me after every class.

For teaching, hatha alignment, gentle style, slower pace are my jam.

I will do whatever I can to help those who do not hesitate. We all live this life once. You are invited to a yoga journey. Let’s cultivate together.
