This class is taught by:

Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris began her yogic journey in 2006 through the practice of Ashtanga Yoga — a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has shared this path with others, inviting students to cultivate body awareness, mindful reflection, and self-embodiment. Her offerings arise from a lived understanding of yoga, nurtured through the depth of her own practice.

Driven by a deep curiosity for life’s quiet mysteries, Nikol independently continues her study of sound therapy, physical vitality, spiritual discernment, and the enduring wisdom of contemplative traditions, such as the philosophy of Yoga, Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, and more.

Join Gina Cerbone as she leads you through a Yin Yoga practice that focuses on the Lung Meridian. Included in this workshop will be a brief intro about Chinese Medicine and the meridians that we will be focusing on during which Ginger tea will be served to help support Autumn's dominate organ, the lungs.
The practice of Yin will begin targeting the Lung/Large Intestine through stretching and releasing connective tissue and fascia in the area of the inner and outer arms. Other meridians will be effected in this practice but as we journey through Autumn it is important to support and care for the dominant organ for that season, the lungs.

While seated in the poses, essential oils will be applied to increase grounding through the sensation of smell; taking in the new and letting go of the old. At the end of the workshop you will have worked to increase inner peace and joy, clarity of thought, a sense of relaxation, a need to flow with instead of against and a gentle release of what no longer serves you.
