Lauren Pilgermayer

Lauren Pilgermayer discovered her passion for power vinyasa yoga in 2013 and began her training in 2015. Since then, she has led both power vinyasa classes as well as guided meditations and has also led and facilitated multiple teacher trainings in Philadelphia. She loves the power of connecting and the joy that can be re-discovered on the mat wherever you are in your practice.
