Susan Frantz

Susan Frantz, 200 CYT, began practicing yoga in 1998 and received her training in kripalu yoga in the year 2001. She has had the honor of taking workshops and studying with universally known and great teachers; Michele Megargle, " Yoganand", Micheal Carrol and Rudy Pierce from Kripalu, Shiva Rea, David Swenson and many others. Susan grew up surfing on the shores of South Jersey and continues to surf in the mountains of Pennsylvania by riding the waves of all her experiences, raising a family, painting pictures, kayaking,cross- country skiing, hiking, and living life. "Breathe, relax, feel, watch and allow”, the art of “Being fully present”... yoga has made all that possible.

Erin Mascelli

Erin Mascelli, 200 RYT, Vinyasa Flow.  Erin grew up in Western Canada, and from an early age participated in a variety  of sports. As a competitive figure skater into her late teens, and then migrating to triathlons; today she continues her love of sport by racing bicycles for the Peanut Butter & Co. Human Zoom cycling team (http://www.pbcoracing.com/).  Originally, she was drawn to yoga to gain core strength, prevent injuries, and to complement her other sports, Erin soon discovered,although the asanas initially brought her to the mat, it was the spiritual nature of yoga that kept her coming back. In the fall of 2012, Erin decided to take her practice one giant step further  and completed a 200-hour Teacher Training under the leadership of Jody Domerstad and Erin Barry, both of Garden State Yoga in Glen Rock, NJ.  In her vinyasa flow classes, Erin encourages her students to connect with their bodies and breath for greater self awareness.

Erin is married and lives in Easton, PA with her husband Angelo, dog Georgia, and cat Mr. Kitty.A total foodie, she enjoys traveling (for food and exercise), farming, and is currently obsessed with her Vitamix. Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris began her yogic journey in 2006 through the practice of Ashtanga Yoga — a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has shared this path with others, inviting students to cultivate body awareness, mindful reflection, and self-embodiment. Her offerings arise from a lived understanding of yoga, nurtured through the depth of her own practice.

Driven by a deep curiosity for life’s quiet mysteries, Nikol independently continues her study of sound therapy, physical vitality, spiritual discernment, and the enduring wisdom of contemplative traditions, such as the philosophy of Yoga, Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, and more.

Formal Training: 500 E-RYT Certification in Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT 1–3), Essential Yoga Anatomy (Glo), YogaRenew Anatomy & Physiology; Third Degree Usui Reiki Attuned; Received the Tao through ceremony by Holy Master Hsu (2018).

Nikol has studied with many esteemed teachers, including Jennifer Allen, Chris Loebsack, Swamini Ramananda, Glenda Dawson, Manju Jois, Paulie Zink; Doug Swensen, Tao Porchon, Jason Ray Brown, Seane Corn; Kino MacGregor, Jason Crandell, Paul B. Roache, MD, and Joe Miller.

Additional Studies: B.A. in Communications/Psychology, A.A. in Fashion Design, Certified Graphic Designer, Certified Beauty & Special Effects Cosmetic Artist.
