Nery brings over 30 years of experience in the fitness industry and a deep passion for health and wellness. A certified personal trainer and instructor in multiple disciplines—including aerobics, Zumba, spin, body sculpting, trampoline fitness, and Pilates—Nery leads with both energy and expertise. She also integrates a holistic perspective into her work as a certified Reiki practitioner, supporting physical and energetic well-being. Nery’s mission is to inspire and empower others to live healthier, more balanced lives through movement, discipline, and mindful practice.
A high-energy, full-body cardio class designed to build strength, boost endurance, and tone from head to toe. Expect dynamic movement, intentional sculpting, and a steady rhythm to elevate your energy. This class pairs beautifully with your yoga practice—supporting stamina, alignment, and body awareness. All levels welcome. Bring: Water, mat, towel, and optional light weights or resistance bands.
