Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris is the Founder, Director and Owner of Yoga House Stroudsburg Inc., established 2011.

 

She began her yogic journey in 2006 through Ashtanga Yoga, a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has held space for students to cultivate self-embodied awareness and mindfulness. Her insight comes from the depth of her own practice and a lived understanding of integrating this work into daily life.

 

Formal Training:

500-hour Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT 1–3)

Use your lunch break as a time to replenish the mind and body. Retreat into a soothing and quiet environment to check out of the world and into your self. Surrender to candle light and soft music as you chose your own journey: Lay in shivasana, meditate, read, journal, dream, breathe, stretch out, move through your personal practice. Take some time out of your busy day to be with yourself. The studio space will be open from 12-2 pm Monday- Friday to accommodate your schedule, you may come and go at your convenience. The space is open to non-yogis and practicing students. You may bring lunch and quietly eat in our lounge area. Please be mindful of others and remain silent at all times. *Please note this is a monthly unlimited service for $40 (Or combined with monthly unlimited yoga classes for $120).Walk in fee is $15.
