Daniel Cwiakala was introduced to yoga in his teens and has consistently nourished a love of yoga, health, wellness and Indian philosophy since. In his late twenties he decided to more seriously pursue spirituality and retreated to Lake Attitlan in Guatemala to participate in months long silence and practice of meditation and yoga.

In 2018 he completed 300 and 200 hour teacher training at World Peace Yoga School in Rishikesh Uttarakhand India beside the Ganges.

In his classes he strives to find the essence of yoga in himself and all around him.

Hari Aum Tat Sat

This class consists of tuning into the inner body through long held stretches. In order to strengthen the ligaments and tendons we hold poses for long periods, giving ourselves an opportunity to sink deep into our body awareness. By learning to listen to the body and respecting it's requests we understand when the body has invited us to deepen a stretch. *Should give newcomers and longtime practitioners a chance to grow more stable and firm.
