Courtney Czachor

Hi! I’m Courtney and I’ve been practicing yoga since 2014. I am a Yoga Alliance Certified E-RYT 500. I attained my 200hr Yoga Teaching Certification from The Yoga Loft in 2017. I then pursued my 300hr advanced training with My Vinyasa Practice under the guidance of Michelle Young in 2020. I live in Albrightsville, PA with my husband and our pug named Cleo! Ever since yoga found me in college, I’ve been practicing ever since. I think the most important thing in yoga is to trust yourself and be patient with your body. My goal is to create a playful, safe and joyous practice where my students can explore and be curious, build strength on and off the mat, break down boundaries and start living more fully. My teaching style is gentle yet strong, authentic and non-judgmental. I want my students to feel confident both on and off the mat. My classes offer a welcoming space to soften, become present, and explore. I love to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. In my eyes Yoga isn't just about the moves you do on the mat, but it's the feeling you get when you leave your mat!

Lori Kerrigan

Lori Kerrigan, LunaMoth, was introduced to the transformative energy of yoga in the late 1990’s while living near the Catskill Mountains of New York State. Searching for a deeper connection with the body, mind and spirit, yoga has become an integral part of a rich, life-long journey. Through the years she has explored various styles of yoga and healing energy. Lori has integrated the breadth and depth of physical, spiritual and subtle energies into her practice. She holds her RYS Yoga Alliance certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Lori is dedicated to offering yoga that focuses on our alignment with a nature, spirit and energy. It is an honor to share this transformative, meditative journey with Yoga House.
This class invites you to explore and go deeper on your yogic journey, while holding a safe and sacred space for yourself. Be gently guided through poses and explore your edge as we align the body, follow the breath and still the fluctuations of the mind. All levels and beginners welcome.
