Nikoleta Kallinteris is the Founder, Director and Owner of Yoga House Stroudsburg Inc., established 2011.
She began her yogic journey in 2006 through Ashtanga Yoga, a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has held space for students to cultivate self-embodied awareness and mindfulness. Her insight comes from the depth of her own practice and a lived understanding of integrating this work into daily life.
Formal Training:
500-hour Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Anatomy Studies for Yoga Teachers (ASFYT 1–3)

Relieve your body of tension and discomfort by gently relaxing into peaceful stretches. Lay down and be cleansed by the undulating water sounds of the ocean drum and various chimes. *This class is suitable for all levels including beginners. No experience is necessary.
