Nikol Kallinteris

Nikoleta Kallinteris began her yogic journey in 2006 through the practice of Ashtanga Yoga — a doorway that opened her to the deeper wisdom of yoga and its timeless teachings. Since 2010, she has shared this path with others, inviting students to cultivate body awareness, mindful reflection, and self-embodiment. Her offerings arise from a lived understanding of yoga, nurtured through the depth of her own practice.

Driven by a deep curiosity for life’s quiet mysteries, Nikol independently continues her study of sound therapy, physical vitality, spiritual discernment, and the enduring wisdom of contemplative traditions, such as the philosophy of Yoga, Zen, Buddhism, Taoism, and more.

Tammy Daly

Hello! My name is Tammy Daly and I am originally from Long Island, NY where I taught yoga for 15 years at the same studio. I moved to The Poconos in 2019 and love the tranquility here. I can't imagine not having yoga in my life and was happy to join the community at Yoga House.
I started out as a personal trainer and group exercise instructor but soon found out that my passion is yoga and pilates. I have worked with clients with extreme physical limitations and injuries to athletes throughout my career.

My certifications are from AFAA and I participate in continuing education every year. I love finding new adaptations to familiar poses and letting the body find it's 'happy spot' within poses. I enjoy using hand mudras and poses to open the chakras and let the energy flow.

My favorite pose is pigeon and the motto I try to live by is 'tranquil abiding' and finding the balance.
I strive to help others to integrate total mind, body and soul wellness into their yoga practice and feel the best they can!

Thank you and hope to see you on the mat soon!

This class focuses on static yoga poses without flowing through transitions. We will instead take each pose separately and spend time finding "the seat" of the pose with mindful awareness in all that arises within. We will fine tune our alignment and naturally build strength, flexibility, and the endurance to hold each pose with more ease. What you discover in this static practice will surely benefit you in dynamic flow classes as well!
*This class is suitable for all levels, including those with difficulty getting up/down.
