We’ll be open on Easter Sunday for our 9 AM Flowy Stretchy class with Dina—an invitation to stretch and flow into the day ahead.

The Silence of Seeing — A Tao inspired self-inquiry

In this session we will explore a passage from the Tao Te Ching: “Those who know do not speak; those who speak do not know.” Through brief insights and reflective prompts, we’ll consider what it might mean to know without words—to rest in understanding rather than explanation. This is a seated space—simply to pause, reflect, and notice. No experience is necessary. Journaling is optional; bring a journal if you wish.

If you’ve been dealing with knee pain, instability, or weakness, this 4-week mini series is designed to help you understand what your knees actually need—and how to support them. This is not a typical yoga class. You’ll learn how to improve alignment, build strength and stability around the joint, and retrain movement patterns that support long-term knee health. We’ll also explore dynamic, functional movement to help you build strength that translates into real life—not just the yoga mat. This series is informed not only by training and anatomy, but by lived experience—through injury, recovery, and the process of rebuilding strength from the ground up. Whether your goal is to walk, hike, lift, or simply move without discomfort, this series will help you feel more confident and supported in your body. No yoga experience is required. This series is open to anyone who wants stronger, more resilient knees. This series is designed for those ready to explore strength, mobility, and resilience in a supportive and progressive way. This series is not intended for those who are currently recovering from recent knee surgery without clearance from a doctor or physical therapist, or for anyone healing from a fracture or acute injury. Tai Chi/Qi Gong is an ancient form of Chinese martial arts, as well as the study and practice of nurturing your own life force; this is a low impact physical workout, which can be adjusted to suit anyone of any age in any condition of health. Characterized by simple, gentle and continuous movements with an emphasis on internal energy and calm, quiet awareness.
