***HAPPY KIDS YOGA (Ages 6-12)***

Rachel Stine

Rachel Stine, E-RYT 500, Thai massage therapist, reiki master.

Rachel started her yoga journey in college where she quickly fell in love with the physical practice. In 2010, Rachel lost her brother to a drunk driver and she delved deeper into the practice of yoga; both physically, mentally, and emotionally. She completed her 200 hour certification in the Pocono's in 2010. In 2017, she completed her 500 hour teacher training at Kripalu in Massachusetts.

Rachel also holds her BS in early childhood, elementary, and special education from East Stroudsburg University. She is currently working towards her masters in education.

She loves working with children of all ages and introducing them to yoga. Rachel holds additional yoga certifications in Prenatal, kids, yin, restorative, meditation, Kripalu vinyasa, and is a reiki master.

She is also a Thai massage therapist.
In addition to teaching, Rachel loves to learn and has studied with Kino MacGregor, Seane Corn, Tao Porchon-Lynch, Jason Crandell, Tymi Howard, Michelle Dalbec, Sudhir Jonathan Faust, Coby Kozlowski, and Sudha Carolyn Lee. When Rachel’s not only her mat, you can find her
spending time with her husband, two daughters, one son, and three dogs. They enjoy hiking, exploring, and traveling.

Soula Casagrande

Soula Casagrande, Certified in Every Kids Yoga (Children with Special Needs); implementing the use of yoga, with imagination and play in her classes to support emotional and physical developments of students. Her aim is to assist individual abilities toward self-regulation, attention, muscle tone, sensory processing, and speech & language. Additionally Soula holds her Master Degree in both Special Education and Business Administration. She is currently working as a Certified Special Education teacher. Soula developed her passion for yoga in 2006 when she took her first Ashtanga Yoga class. Through her practice she has discovered the balancing and healing effects yoga has to offer to each person uniquely. In her spare time Soula enjoys reading, and spending time with children and animals.
The yoga classes for kids combine classical yoga with games, stories and activities while teaching breathing and relaxation techniques. kids will get cardio exercise while increasing flexibility, building core strength, and releasing stress and stale energy. Yoga in a group setting helps kids  to build self-confidence, create healthy habits all while socializing and making new friend. LOTS OF FUN!!!!!
