There are symptoms such as decreased bladder control and pelvic pain, among others, that are common with pregnancy and aging, but they do not need to be. This class will include an education on your core and pelvic floor; we will explore daily habits that contribute to pelvic floor dysfunction and how to change them with exercises which promote pelvic floor strength and coordination to improve daily function. Please bring a yoga mat. This class is accessible to all levels, no yoga or fitness experience required.
