Nora Fenner is a 500hr Kripalu Yoga teacher, Reiki attuned and shamanic energy healer. She has attended workshops with Manju Jois, David Swenson, Angela Farmer, Bryan Kest, Yogan and Michael Carroll, Ray Crist and others. Nora works at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health for over 10 years. She brings a light cheer, peace and a well-balanced physical and mental practice to her classes. She feels the practice guides her to inner peace and strength, which she offers to her classes.

Celebrate shedding layers and evaluate your vibes! You’re invited to re-center and shake off stuck energy with a moderate yoga flow infused with an energy clearing throughout class using movement, breath and rattles to embrace a relaxed state. Rattle sounds contain all the elements; water, fire, earth and air to rebalance these elements within you. Allow stress to drift away as Nora guides you through a flow transitioning into a slow cool down moving out stuck energy in your body to be fully present in each moment. All levels are welcome, no experience needed. Give yourself the gift of shedding old layers so you can feel joy, peace and inner glow.
