In this 2-hour workshop, we will start with a Vinyasa style warm up, and then will dive in and explore Headstand, Forearm Stand, Handstand, and Crow with variations tools, techniques and challenges along the way! From your fingers to your toes, you will learn how to engage your body properly and safely when building your inversion practice.
We will focus on stretching and strengthening drills to help support and activate the muscles needed to help us safely enter and exit our inversions. Learning to build communication and trust with yourself are the most important aspects of your inversion practice.
This is a great class for students who are both beginning inversions as well as those with strong inversion practices who want to deepen their abilities.
