This class offers a fun and easy way to gain deeper knowledge of the foundation of yoga poses. We will actively learn the physical and energetic alignment structure of basic poses and work together with a partner to correct and assist each others form. We will learn how to use props for support when needed, and how or when to safely gain more access into the deeper layers of the body.
This is a great way to feel, see and understand proper alignment, as one begins or advances safely and effectively in yoga practice. This class is valuable to all level students, and a good starting place for beginners.
Class will begin with a short warm up and end with partner stretches, which always feel AMAZING!
