* WELCOME TO THE BEAUTIFUL PRACTICE OF YOGA *
Whether you are completely new to yoga or new to our studio, we welcome you to the journey of wellness and self discovery.
You do not need to sign up in advance for classes. You may simply show up for the classes you wish to attend.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to fill out paper work, handle payment and get comfortable before class begins.
It is optional and not required to register online if you prefer to handle payment before you arrive.
The different price options are listed under the "Price Menu" link.
We recommend that you bring your own yoga mat, or you may rent one from us for $2.
We provide yoga props such as blocks, bolsters, blankets, pillows and chairs for your comfort and support.
Our yoga classes include breathing exercises, meditation, physical movement, and end in savasana (final resting pose).
The class schedule is always up to date. Any cancellations due to weather will be listed up to 2 hours before class time.

* NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY *
All of our classes offer step by step guidance with hands on assistance when needed.
Modifications are available for each pose to accommodate each individual.
Yoga is for all body types, ages, genders, and races. One does not need to be thin, fit or flexible to practice yoga.
It is through maintaining a committed practice over time that you will gain strength, flexibility and a better sense of self.

On your first visit we offer a New Client Discount of 30 days unlimited Yoga Classes for $30.
This special offer provides a wonderful opportunity to sample our variety of classes and meet all of our instructors.
You may instead choose any of our other class packages/memberships, or drop-in for a single class.
If you are paying online for another person you will need to create a separate account for them and pay through their account.

If you would like to get a feel for our space or try yoga for the first time before committing to a memberships, we invite you to our Free Yoga Classes.
We offer a free yoga class on the first Thursday of each month at 6 PM. This class is for all levels and suitable for beginners.
We also offer a Free Guided Meditation Class on the first Friday of each month at 1:30 PM with Hindu Monk Swamini Ramanada.
The free classes are open to our community and to new clients to enjoy each month.
There is no need to sign up in advance for any classes, you may simply drop-in. Please arrive early to avoid disruption.
* PLEASE BE INFORMED *
Yoga teachers are not qualified to give important heath advice, please consult with your doctor if you have any concerns.
If you are pregnant, working with an injury, or have any health restrictions please inform your instructor before class.
Please do not eat a heavy meal before class as we will be bending, twisting and folding our bodies.
Yoga is practiced in bare feet. You will not need athletic foot wear to participate.
We recommend dressing in clothing which allows ease of movement.
Please do not wear perfumes or a heavy scent to class as it may disturb or cause sensitivity to others.
We do not burn incense during class; we do cleanse the space with all natural Sage, so there may be a faint, lingering scent.
We do not have showers or a locker room, so you are welcome to use our bathroom to change if needed.
Please leave valuable items at home or locked in your car. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost items.
* YOGA IS FOR EVERYONE *
There are many different styles of yoga classes, the key is to find the style which best suits your personal needs of the present time.
If you try a class which did not go well for you, other styles of yoga, from gentle to more aerobically intense, may be right for you.
Yoga is the practice of self inquiry, including the physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual aspects of life.
There is no right or wrong reason to come to your mat. All who come to the practice arrive for their own reasons.
It is important to respect each others differences and not judge or interfere with someone else's practice.
We believe in allowing yourself the freedom to be present in each moment of practice, rather than arriving with expectations.
Yoga is not connected to any religion but is personal to each individual.
The highest gifts of yoga come to those who practice daily, including the 8 limbs of yoga.
Always arrive with an open mind and appreciate your unique journey each time.
Please express kindness toward yourself, compassion for all beings, and respect for our sacred space.
Come as you are and begin there.
